Recently after this last snow, I slipped and fell down 10 steps covered with ice and snow. I am now looking at surgery on the 14th of this month. I may even have to have a knee replacement. I'm on disability, a surviver of lung and breast cancer, and now looking at surgery again due to the neglegence of kHov. None of the main area's were cleared from snow and ice. Another older lady fell over a sprinkler, which by the way is 5 inches above ground, was covered by snow, so she didn't see it and ended up in the emergency room with a 16 hungred dollar bill.

If I walked away they would have instant equity and my life's savings. I would never walk away from my life's savings. They are mentally challenged if they can't figure that one out. But after reading all the posts on the shoddy workmanship and Chinese Drywall, I think the good lord was looking out after me. After I got the word I was disapproved, I started calling about my earnest money deposit. They wouldn't return my calls all of a sudden.
We are 1st time homebuyers and Russell was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the homebuilt program we used and he kept us up to date with all stages of the building. I will definitely recommend KHov to family and friends. Another problem is that their only ticketing system for service requests is for warranty work. Anything that the builder initially did incorrectly is supposed to be handled between the owner and the Construction Manager. Our Construction Manager was totally unresponsive to issues we reported, even though they were still building homes in the neighborhood.

Spacious clean apartments and patios to relax on. I moved in a month ago and love it here! The staff, Mallory, Emma, Cooper, Nate, are fantastic. They're very friendly, pleasant, and get things done. Maintenance is right there to fix things. I love my apartment which is just the right size for me and my cat, a one-bedroom, balcony that opens onto a dead end and Asbury Church.

I was disappointed that certain areas were extra and did not know about them-example completion of the garage interior and extra charge for second outside fixture. There were other areas I am not aware existed until after talking to other residents. Home buyers can really trust the work and level of craftsmanship of the builder. Questions are quickly answered, and you can trust that the builder wants you to move into a nice home.
