Then to find out that after a month of our house being done they fired the painters!! Then they used caulk to cover up our upstairs bath tub crack which we will have to pay to replace. Again I would never tell anyone to build with them. I am truly disappointed with it all.

If I walked away they would have instant equity and my life's savings. I would never walk away from my life's savings. They are mentally challenged if they can't figure that one out. But after reading all the posts on the shoddy workmanship and Chinese Drywall, I think the good lord was looking out after me. After I got the word I was disapproved, I started calling about my earnest money deposit. They wouldn't return my calls all of a sudden.

Decently priced and sized one bedroom apartments. My favorite apartment I've lived in. Almost never any issues and when there is they get right on it. Beautiful grounds and quiet buildings. They don't tolerate noise or drug use so you don't have to worry about it. We just got a new play ground for the kids and have a great pool to cool off in in the summer that's never too busy.
Overall Satisfaction Rating
The customer service provided was outstanding. Jennifer and her team at K Hovnanian were extremely helpful in the home purchase and building process. Would recommend to anyone looking to build a new home to make K Hovnanian their first choice. We have been in our new home just over 4 weeks and we could not be happier. Becky and Nathan were awesome during the process and kept us informed as well as helped us when options and changes came up. Yes, not everything goes perfectly during construction but as these typical issues were found, they were explained and solved efficiently.

When she contacted a higher up, guess what she was told, "that's normal." I think that's their line for everything. When all of my lights in the kitchen go off because their hot, "that's normal." Use a flashlight to cook your dinner. I'm fed up with the lies and lack of concern for the owner's that bought here. No one cares that we can't get in our building because the door won't work. One lady found a bum sleeping in the floor when she entered her building one night. That's when the doors wouldn't lock.

The place is kept up if have an issue, quiet and do not really hear my neighnors through the wall. Maintenance man is awesome and knows his stuff. Very satisfied - they were nice caregivers and well trained.

Also, the GE dishwasher broke down during Year 3. People who spend over $650,000 on a brand new house should have at least five years of peace before major appliances break down! I love the layout of the house but hate that KHov buys the cheapest parts that break down soon after the warranty expires. Be aware of this builder, they do not want to accept warranty claims whatsoever.
Hovnanian Homes with the overall rating of 3.7 out of 5. Hovnanian Homes 3.4 out of 5 for Company Culture, 3.5 for Rewards You Receive, 3.2 for Growth Opportunities and 3.3 for support you get. I talked to the garage door company today who is now saying the doors are backordered until at least July. They never put a temporary door on as promised. We have been living without a garage door since we moved in in December. We are now getting mice in the garage.

Our CAREGivers encourage, assist, and stimulate our clients in a variety of activities that improve their quality of life and help them maintain their independence. All of these services allow a senior to stay HOME INSTEAD for a longer period of time. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for Home Instead care. In addition to being mindful of my mother, they are also supportive of the non-traditional relationship.
Hovnanian was very fast at getting back to us and answering any questions and then after we signed a contract with them, they went sometimes months at a time without responding. After a year they contacted us just as we finalized all of the prints, and told us they couldn't proceed with our contract if we didn't pay an additional $65,000 and told us we had two weeks to decide. After I told them we wouldn't be able to afford it and asked if we would be getting our earnest money back, they said we would not as they had already used it for our prints. To add insult to injury, several of the men who work there refused to speak to me and only called my husband.

Still under 1 year warranty, and told me would fix those "small" things. Not very responsible and keep pushing back the date. A link has directed you to this review. Its location on this page may change next time you visit.
I feel so comfortable and at home here. The management office is always quick to respond of any concerns or issues that need to be addressed and everyone is handled in a timely manner. I can’t say enough how much I love calling Indian Hills Apartments my home. I lived here for a little over a year and love it, we only moved for more space to help out a family member. Great neighborhood, neighbors, and great staff. Loved being close to Dillons and not far from 21st and Amidon nice central location.
In moving to Wichita from having lived in a Studio, I was looking for enough space that was well taken care of and location was a primary factor for me. I see a place that I can call home and so far my requests are being attended to. I'm looking forward to my time at Indian Hills. Hello, thanks so much for the positive feedback! We're so happy to hear our team here at Indian Hills made your moving experience convenient as possible!
