I send her a note with a photo of the items telling her she's over charging me. She writes back that she's given me a huge deal! The wax bars smell nice but aren't worth the overpriced charge for some cheap wax and a bit of scent.

It is always unfortunate to hear that an employee left the company with negative feelings. At Scentsy, we always appreciate the opportunity to become better through feedback. Scentsy has grown at a rapid pace over the last 12 years and that comes with a lot of change – and certain growing pains.

Please note that this says “turn a profit.” It does not say that 25% make money. After you take out expenses, very few make money. Only 0.05% made the big bucks that all MLM companies try to make us think everyone earns. In summary, a scam is a fraudulent business where the company is dishonest in what they offer. Please learn from my mistake and don't support this hideous Multi Level Marketing company. My warmer has lasted well over 6 years with one bulb. But after reading all the posts on the shoddy workmanship and Chinese Drywall, I think the good lord was looking out after me. After I got the word I was disapproved, I started calling about my earnest money deposit. They wouldn't return my calls all of a sudden.

Decently priced and sized one bedroom apartments. My favorite apartment I've lived in. Almost never any issues and when there is they get right on it. Beautiful grounds and quiet buildings. They don't tolerate noise or drug use so you don't have to worry about it. We just got a new play ground for the kids and have a great pool to cool off in in the summer that's never too busy.

Recently after this last snow, I slipped and fell down 10 steps covered with ice and snow. I am now looking at surgery on the 14th of this month. I may even have to have a knee replacement. I'm on disability, a surviver of lung and breast cancer, and now looking at surgery again due to the neglegence of kHov. None of the main area's were cleared from snow and ice. Another older lady fell over a sprinkler, which by the way is 5 inches above ground, was covered by snow, so she didn't see it and ended up in the emergency room with a 16 hungred dollar bill.

If I walked away they would have instant equity and my life's savings. I would never walk away from my life's savings. They are mentally challenged if they can't figure that one out. But after reading all the posts on the shoddy workmanship and Chinese Drywall, I think the good lord was looking out after me. After I got the word I was disapproved, I started calling about my earnest money deposit. They wouldn't return my calls all of a sudden.

We are 1st time homebuyers and Russell was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the homebuilt program we used and he kept us up to date with all stages of the building. I will definitely recommend KHov to family and friends. Another problem is that their only ticketing system for service requests is for warranty work. Anything that the builder initially did incorrectly is supposed to be handled between the owner and the Construction Manager. Our Construction Manager was totally unresponsive to issues we reported, even though they were still building homes in the neighborhood.

Spacious clean apartments and patios to relax on. I moved in a month ago and love it here! The staff, Mallory, Emma, Cooper, Nate, are fantastic. They're very friendly, pleasant, and get things done. I was disappointed that certain areas were extra and did not know about them-example completion of the garage interior and extra charge for second outside fixture. There were other areas I am not aware existed until after talking to other residents. Home buyers can really trust the work and level of craftsmanship of the builder. Questions are quickly answered, and you can trust that the builder wants you to move into a nice home.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can do, we're here for you. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone needing assistance in caring for a loved one. They are very flexible on hours and shifts, as well as easy to work with and accommodating. They had shown great compassion and care toward my parents, and my parents enjoyed the companionship. I live in one of their communities in Jackson NJ, I think they deliver a QUALITY home and have been very responsive to every complaint. In the 4 years I have owned a Khov home I had one problem which was resolved within a day.

By this point we were so disgusted and had no faith in their ability to close our loan that we walked away from $13, 000. $10, 000 in closing costs for using the builders lender and the $3, 000 to buy down our interest rate. If someone is willing to walk away from that much money just so they do not have to deal with them any longer, that says alot.

They took care of my parents with a joyful spirit so that my parents did not feel like a burden. The caregivers are really very nice, and my parents were really comfortable with them immediately. They pick up prescriptions, help manage their medicines, help them out of the shower, talk with them, do physical therapy exercises with them, and fix them lunch.
