I send her a note with a photo of the items telling her she's over charging me. She writes back that she's given me a huge deal! The wax bars smell nice but aren't worth the overpriced charge for some cheap wax and a bit of scent.

You think the sale of wax melts would be lovely, until you're on Facebook and there are 100+ people trying to sell you the exact same product for the exact same price on every post on every group. I never buy from mlm's but I do like the scentsy wax melts. What I don't agree with is the ridiculous postage and the cost of the bars. Before a new consultant can begin earning any commission, they have to sell $1000, which is considered a lifetime personal retail volume.

Decently priced and sized one bedroom apartments. My favorite apartment I've lived in. Almost never any issues and when there is they get right on it. Beautiful grounds and quiet buildings. They don't tolerate noise or drug use so you don't have to worry about it. We just got a new play ground for the kids and have a great pool to cool off in in the summer that's never too busy.

When she contacted a higher up, guess what she was told, "that's normal." I think that's their line for everything. When all of my lights in the kitchen go off because their hot, "that's normal." Use a flashlight to cook your dinner. I'm fed up with the lies and lack of concern for the owner's that bought here. No one cares that we can't get in our building because the door won't work. One lady found a bum sleeping in the floor when she entered her building one night. That's when the doors wouldn't lock.

Recently after this last snow, I slipped and fell down 10 steps covered with ice and snow. I am now looking at surgery on the 14th of this month. I may even have to have a knee replacement. Another older lady fell over a sprinkler, which by the way is 5 inches above ground, was covered by snow, so she didn't see it and ended up in the emergency room with a 16 hungred dollar bill.

Spacious clean apartments and patios to relax on. I moved in a month ago and love it here! The staff, Mallory, Emma, Cooper, Nate, are fantastic. They're very friendly, pleasant, and get things done. I was disappointed that certain areas were extra and did not know about them-example completion of the garage interior and extra charge for second outside fixture.
